"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"

"We had 24 people ranging from ages 1 - 83 so we used every bed and we stayed for a week.
