This delightful abode features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms:

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared Jack & Jill bathroom with tub, and a spacious closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared Jack & Jill bathroom with tub, and a convenient Pack-N-Play.
Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom): Two Queen beds, a private bathroom, balcony, and a generous walk-in closet.

Common area: Relax on the comfortable couch in the living room, unwind in the well-appointed dining room, or enjoy quality time in the fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, and game room. Pull Out Couch is Queen Size

The Kitchen: Immerse yourself in culinary adventures with our well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, cooking ware, plates, cups, and utensils.

The Game Room: Indulge in entertainment with a pool table, an arcade machine featuring Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga, and a selection of board games.

The Dining Room: Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats 8.

The Backyard: Step outside and discover our inviting outdoor oasis, offering a complimentary BBQ grill. If the propane runs out, we will gladly reimburse you for the refill cost. Relax and unwind in the outdoor seating area, engage in friendly competitions with the ping pong table and Cornhole game.

Parking: We provide reserved parking spaces for 2 small-to-midsize vehicles in the driveway. Additional street parking is available for extra cars or larger vehicles. Please check street signs for sweeper days, on our side of the street it is Mondays.

Please note the following house rules:

1. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with no additional or undisclosed guests permitted.
2.Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
3. This home does not accommodate noisy celebrations, music events, or excessive noise-making activities.
4. Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
5. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's good condition and will be held financially liable for any missing or damaged items.
