「The room was clean. But, some of the tile in the bathroom was replaced poorly, the shower drain was slow, and the shower head sprayed water without directing it directly at the user. Other than that, it was a great stay. 」

「 Remove "free newspapers in lobby" from your online description. There are NO newspapers. I love local daily newspapers when I travel. Appreciate room cleanliness, breakfast offers more items than most other hotels. Weekend before our room went from 90 degrees when checking in to 93 when trying to figure out heating system. Fan ran very loudly first night off and on. Then figured out way to stop fan next day. 」

「Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Really good value overall. Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. 」

「My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!」
