“Check in on Friday at 1:30 am, that night it was impossible to sleep, hotel full people on the next’s floor up was loud and stomping, that continue thru the weekend, I complain the front desk and nothing got done. I don’t think I will use this hotel again. Not customer oriented.”

“Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”

“The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”
