“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……

“El hotel se ve nuevo, como familia con niños no pudimos gozar de todos los restaurantes ya que algunos son para adultos solamente. El personal es increiblemente amable. La comida es buena, el restaurante italiano delicioso. En areas comunes notamos espacios que no limpiaron en dias. Estuvimos 6 dias y si pudimos notar detalles como camastros sucios, mesas de areas comunes sin limpiar de un dia a otro, etc. La habitación esta retirada de áreas como algunos restaurantes y albercas y nos tocaron……

“El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, el personal es muy amable y atento lo que hace más placentera la estancia, sin duda alguna un lugar muy recomendable y al que volvería con mucho gusto.”

“The hotel was such a cute little space to stay. We went with our kids, and it was perfect! There’s also a coffee shop on the bottom floor that is open early and closes late so it’s perfect for early morning coffee and any late night cravings!”

“Property is beautiful, been coming here for 5 years in a row. Love how safe and clean the property is. Restaurant staff and pool staff are awesome. Few staff I consider friends are Reggie, Enrique and Freddy, Antonio. Check in was not an issue, but this time around my hubby is diabetic and our fridge wasn’t working to store his insulin. We called front office and they send maintenance but it still wasn’t working until the next morning. We called the front office again took almost 1/2 of my day……
