It was really cold in room. There is no possibility to adjust heating. There was no place to put luggage. Bed not so comfortable, I could feel it's already used to much. No desk to work and only one energy socket around. Breakfast is very very simple - almost nothing to choose from. You either eat what's there or leave hungry. Restaurant works only for breakfast, otherwise you need to go out. Only wifi was fine.

場所は、バスターミナルから、町中のバスに乗り、それから歩かないとなりませんが、長い公園を歩いて辿り着けます。料金を考えれば、十分で、安く良いビジネス系ホテルに泊まれたと感じます。 朝食も平均値的で問題無し。 チェックインも英語で対応頂けます。

Nice Hotel Centralized

I have stayed in many hotels , that being said I find the Mir to be quite nice , Reasons the staff very professional easy to talk with in both Russian and English I switched between the two and they followed seamlessly . Can't say enough good things , Food is "Primo" Wait staff beyond good boarding on perfection with abilities to anticipate your needs . Security professional and discrete exceptional. House keeping pleasant and respectful of your privacy . Front desk again seamlessly able to communicate in Russian and English also informative great suggestions if you ask them . Very clean well maintained . I would definitely stay here again

No air, pretty awful 2 u even if u speak Ukie!

No air conditioning. Virtually no plugs for electric. You certainly need adaptors but there was one plug available if we unplugged the lamp and moved the bed. Provided a lame fan that kept unplugging itself and stopping -- the pull would literally fall out of the wall. Front desk staff was pretty awful even though I spoke Ukrainian! If you don't, good luck. We rented a "suite" to get an extra nice room but that apparently was a mistake - the "suite" had no air conditioning and the regular rooms did!! Wouldn't switch us. Unfriendly, argumentative, and generally pretty awful. No coffee pot, no water, no fridge. Only good thing was the breakfast. Internet was spotty if it was there at all.

Friendly reception staff and great location

Friendly reception, excellent breakfast, good location by the oark and easy walk to train station and main area with shops and restaurants. This is a large hotel with the amenties, restaurants, etc you expect in a larger property, i was able to check in early whichwas wonderful. Reception staff spoke good English.

Nice hotel close to city center

I stayed in Mir Hotel after reading reviews online. I was very satisfied with my stay. The neighborhood is central to the city and very safe. You can walk to the city center within 10 minutes. The hotel restaurant is also commendable. However, the hotel room does not have an iron and ironing board. I would assume that there is laundry service though I did not use them. The hotel also does not have room service. A decent buffet breakfast is available in the morning. The staff's English speaking ability is none to basic. I will stay there again.

Decent hotel

Clean hotel with lots of room for a junior suite. No telephone, no clocks, no wash cloth or fitted sheets. Lack of mini bar although there was a small fridge unplugged under the cabinet. No room service. Everything else was satisfactory.

Clean but warm

Very nice hotel in excellent and safe location. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are very clean but the A/C does not function. We were here with 92 degrees F temps and rooms were very uncomfortable at night. Portable fan in room was helpful. I will certainly stay here again. Please note that they will make a reservation with Hotels.com but you will have to pay when you check out rather than paying in advance online.

Super, alles OK! Sauber, Sanitäre Einrichtung mit absolut westlichem Standard, das Zimmer gemütlich, einziger Wermutstropfen: Kein Kabel-TV, dafür freies Wifi!! Sehr empfehlenswert! Immer wieder gerne!
