I tried contacting them begging their understanding for rescheduling or refund as with current flight issues we simply couldn’t get to the country. They ignored me completely! They already collected their payment so they didn’t care about us anymore!

Hotel was great for our family, we enjoyed the spa and pool and gym. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, the location was great. We look forward to return to this hotel on our next Riyadh visit.
