「房間跟照片一樣很乾淨！也很新！但是飯店員工在工作方面有待改進！竟然讓不是住房客人入住我的房間過夜！沒有確認過！太誇張了！」

「worst of all the worst. microwave is not working, elevator always full. wifi is not working. it took 20-30 mins for me to go downstairs. they did only offer me to transfer on a different room 2 days before my checkout. WORST INCOMPETENT TYPE OF BNB. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MY FACEBOOK POST」

「The unit was clean, spacious enough for me and my husband and the kitchen was complete. We had an enjoyable stay and Reynalyn was very accommodating with our extension that we did not have to move units. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.」

「Was not able to stay. Contact number is invalid and was not able to talk to the agent. No Tower number and seems like this reservation is a scheme and a scam. I was not allowed to enter since I could not contact the unit agent/owner. I got itinerary number but guards are looking for QR code to enter which was not provided to me upon reservation. So far location from airport.」

「The condo is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioner was noisy and a little weak to handle the heat. We had it set at 18 degrees. The bathroom is dark and no hot water for the shower. Bath mat and toilet could be cleaner. The bed is ok, with some old well used sheets. I didn’t use the kitchen but there are dishes and other utensils. The washing machine works well thankfully. No concierge service, only a security guard and a receptionist to help with check in.
