“Our stay at "Make a Mistake Cabin" was no mistake. It was perfect. Driving through the winding roads and arriving at a quiet cove of Lake of the Ozarks, we arrived at the nicely-appointed, stocked, and well-kept cabin. Each day we awoke to see wildlife outside either side of the cabin, walked down the path to the large covered dock, watching fish jump all over the cove. In the 10 days there we caught over 70 fish, including several that were 2-5 pounds...bass, bluegill, crappie, drum, and……

“The slept our entire family of 8 comfortably, the parking is a little tricky but the host explains it well and we made it work. The private dock and quiet cove was enjoyed by all. Having a boat launch close the house was an added benefit as well. We enjoyed the location on MM44, it is definately a lot quieter and more to our liking than being at the lower mile markers. ”

“Very clean with great views of the channel, plenty of beds for 10 folks or more, and maxed out bathrooms and showers. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice……

“I hosted a company retreat here, and this place was incredible. There was plenty of room, though we planned to have more people and I think if everyone showed up as planned, we'd have been a little cramped. I would probably cap attendance at 16 people. The three levels of patio was my favorite part. And every level is well furnished. The theater was exceptional, as all the chairs we so comfortable and placed perfectly. “Everything you need all right there, what more could you ask for! My family had a great time at the lake, the pool and hot tub was definitely a huge bonus for us.
