Conveniently located in a cute and quiet neighborhood for relaxing during the daytime and evenings while also less than a 10-15 minute walk to everything that Downtown Roanoke has to offer. The home is perfect for family travels with children!

The apartment is located on the second floor in a beautiful, modern house that I would love for you to call home during your trip to Roanoke. The craftsman-style home was designed with high ceilings, beautiful detail, and an abundance of natural light that other homes and hotels cannot offer!

This home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with lots of character and charm. The apartment is perfect for a FAMILY-SIZE GROUP WITH CHILDREN, REMOTE WORKING, and/or a COUPLE'S WEEKEND GETAWAY.

It's also in the perfect location - walking distance to EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN, (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, etc.) but on a nice quiet street with ample street parking in front of the house, and only a short 5-minute drive to Roanoke’s iconic Grandin area. The Roanoke Star is only a 10-minute drive away as well!

The home features TWO EXTRA LARGE bedrooms, both have KING size MEMORY FOAM mattresses AND both bedrooms have a desk, chair, and LARGE HD COMPUTER MONITORs for remote working! There is also a LARGE SCREENED IN PORCH with OUTDOOR DINING SEATING!

Both bedrooms also have a DAYBED in each bedroom (both daybeds can be used as comfortable couches AND both daybeds also have TWO twin size beds for additional guests to sleep on).

The Master bedroom also features a PRIVATE DECK!

The home also features a living room with a spacious sofa and chairs, one full bathroom that features a RAINFALL shower head, a full eat-in kitchen with newly finished countertops, a bar top dining table, brand new stainless steel appliances, and basic WORKOUT EQUIPMENT including adjustable 5-25 lbs. DUMBBELLS and a YOGA MAT.

A QUEEN size air mattress is also provided that you can use in the living room for additional guests as well.

Treat the place as if it were your own, you have access to everything and can use anything in the place.

As a Premier Host my goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay. I will provide local recommendations on all the best places to visit in Roanoke along with offering accommodations in the home that no hotel in the area can provide!
