"The hotel was immaculate and smelled very good. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Sam on the overnight! Every hotel should have an employee like her! Shannon on days was super helpful and friendly as well! The pool was very clean as well as every part of this hotel. The Housekeeping staff do an excellent job!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay the Parkman hotel. We had a great time relaxing the the salt water pool. The room was spacious and nice patio to look at the mountains. It was a 5 minute drive to get to Smoky Mountains and about 25 to Cades Cove. Front Desk workers were helpful and friendly about information about the area."

"My husband and me had an amazing time at this cabin I would 100% stay here again the host are very lovely people and super helpful if you have any questions! The cabin was very clean and cozy and the creek outside was breathtaking. Alice and Doug are the best hosts"
