“A castle on the beach, it's quite a dream! Steps away from the sea, you walk up a tower (literally) into the magical Chateau de Theoule, where you walk along stone-paved gardens from the pool, restaurant/bar, spa, and spacious rooms. Parking is available and the valet staff was very professional. The hotel has a private beach club and the water is less crowded than the other beaches nearby. “Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. ”

**Pros:**
- Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs.
- Clean, well-equipped room.
**Cons:**
- Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room.

“It was our honeymoon and they made it very special. Beautiful location but far from public transportation. Reserve transportation ahead of arrival and day before departure as we did miss our train connection, which fortunately we did get a second train and were able to keep our 2nd connection as it had an hour layover.
