When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

「The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property...
