"Hot tub was perfect. You would have gotten all stars if the carpet was not worn out. Room 301. I caught my toe in the loose carpeting. Other than that everything was great. "

"The thermostat was problematic & had to be controlled by the front desk via their computer. There was quite a bit of hallway noise but it was a big night for NU BB!"

"Had some trouble with not enough beds even though we booked for five guests. The front desk was accommodating but seemed annoyed at helping us. Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."

"The breakfast and breakfast staff was the most amazing I have experienced. The check-in ladies were more than helpful, even on finding things that was not part of their job description just to help me out. The security measures they take are amazing to ensure that only the people that should be in the hotel are there. The price of the hotel for what we got was more than reasonable. Finding parking was not at all hard even though we were in the middle of downtown Lincoln. We have stayed in a lot of hotels due to doctor appointments and traveling for children’s sports and I would say this is the best we’ve stayed in thus far"

"Our room was clean, the whole place was clean, actually, and the coffee the desk attendant had made at night was actually good! Pet friendly and very affordable for a suite, which was exactly what we needed. There wasn’t a specific or large pet area around the property, but there was a grassy areas behind it and some poop bags! The pool was down for maintenance, but it looked like it was in good condition overall. The gym had 3 cardio machines, that’s all I saw. Breakfast was better than I expected- biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, pastries, and waffles- so no actual protein. The juice was actually just water, our TV remove didn’t operate the TV. But the attendant got us new batteries, then a new remote. Still didn’t work, so we had to go old school and use the buttons on the TV- gasp! Overall, for the price and the space, I’d stay there again!"

"Pool was closed for chemical issues. Grand kids disappointed. Rooms clean and comfy. Staff friendly. Noisy train at night though"

"The girl at check in was super nice. The issue was after we came back from our night on the town we sat in the lobby for a while just drinking water and casually chatting, not loudly either. The security guy came up to us and asked us if we had a ride coming basically trying to ask us to leave. There was another group of people in the lobby as well and they were drinking beers. We were people of color, the other people were white. We asked the security guard if he had approached them with the same question or if he just chose to racially profile us. He stuttered something and walked away after I flashed him my room key and told him we had a room. It was such an uncomfortable situation that could’ve been handled differently by staff. It kind of ruined the stay. "
