“There is magic in this home. I can only say the very best of things about it and about the host. We’re not typical tourists…my son is in a medical crisis. I needed a sanctuary to stay while we waited for his Dr in Rome and that’s exactly what we found here. I have been traveling for 4 months to try and save my child. We’ve stayed many places. This is one place that has now become the absolute turning point in our story. We went from feeling completely defeated to feeling hope again. There’s……

“Podere Giardino is an amazing place to stay. You need a car but that’s true anywhere in Tuscany. Our apartment “Glicine” was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - a ton of space. It was clean and had absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Super well stocked kitchen to cook a great meal. The pool was a highlight for us as it was hot outside and was very peaceful. We toured Italy for a month and this place was our favourite - truly a paradise away from the crowds. Ah the Tuscan……

"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
