"The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room."

"Very poor facility and amenities maintenance. Some pieces are damaged and broken. All rooms are noisy as the windows are not double glazed yet it has to be opened for the hotness without ventilation. Smell of weeds all over the lobby and corridors. Drunk and dozed persons around after dark. A nightmare ..."
