The hotel turned out to be in an industrial zone on the edge of town. The garden I was expecting from the photos was a belt of trees between us and a major highway. However, the rooms were quiet. This is a very nice holiday home, situated well for the beach we couldn’t believe how nice a quiet it was. The only small complaint was the the photos were very old and the garden and trees are overgrown for the space

You can spend an afternoon exploring the galleries in Naia Museum in Rochefort-en-Terre. Make some time to visit the monuments while you're in the area.
We know Rochefort-en-Terre very well but managed to find a car park we've not found before - very useful given the access restrictions/lack of parking at the hotel. The only issue is with dog owners who don't clean up after their dogs!
