The location was perfect for us and it also checked all our boxes for a great vacation rental: immaculate throughout; comfy bed; well-stocked kitchen; great bathrooms with ample towels; and a lovely and inviting space. 「The fenced in yard was excellent for our dog to roam and still be safe from the river. The entire house so extremely clean and so comfy!! The fishing off the dock wa an added bonus. My son, daughter in law, and I had so much fun, and it was so relaxing for my mom.」

「Great location. Plenty of parking. Right on the Rock River. Very clean. Lots of outside seating on the decks. Lots of towels, though we couldn’t find them at first. They were in the dining room credenza. The house is pretty well stocked with supplies. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again.」

「This space was excellent for all of our needs and more! We have family in the area and we were able to just walk everywhere needed. Excellent restaurant across the street. We have walked by this space countless times in the past when we lived downtown and never knew about it. The train that goes by is loud like a train should be but just added to the charm of the area cant say enough great things about it. Cant wait till our next stay!」

「We comfortably had 10 people sleeping here. Rooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures giving us plenty of space in the bedrooms and the living room. The basement area with a bedroom and full bath was huge. Neighborhood was very quiet. Great house for a family get together. 」

「Cute older home. New furniture and bedding. The home is older but is clean and spacious. Carpet is a little stained but there is a sign asking for no shoes on carpet so I feel like they are trying to keep it. Anything we messaged the host about they were prompt on replying. The parking is not for larger vehicles, it’s a narrow entry to the parking area. Very quiet little neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. 」
