You’ll be delighted when you arrive in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Rochester. The home has been completed renovated so you’ll enjoy the light and bright use of tile in the kitchen and bathrooms while keeping the original character of the oak, hardwood floors. The two bedrooms and dedicated office space located on the main level will provide the convenience you need during your stay with us The additional bedroom and bathroom on the lower level provides your group with space and privacy to rest and relax after a long day. With just a short trip to downtown and Highway 52, this home also provides the convenience you’ll need. Dogs are welcome to join you, and they will love the fully fenced in backyard!

Enjoyed our stay
The house looks deceptively small, but there is lots of space! The deck and outdoor furniture were really nice and much appreciated. The whole house was clean and comfy. Host was very responsive. Also, really liked having a garage.

Convenient and Cozy
Truly a home away from home...Close to the Mayo campus; just minutes away. (An aside: Avoid those patient drop-off areas between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. on weekdays.) We really appreciated the garage, especially when, unlike our neighbors, we weren't removing 3" of snow from our windows before checking out on our last day. We used the range, washer/dryer, and dishwasher most days, and the full-featured basement shower was a definite highlight. Sleeping was comfortable both upstairs and down, with the quiet of the basement particularly peaceful. The house seemed more spacious than the photos depicted it. Our Cavapoochon enjoyed frolicking in the fenced backyard. We'll recommend Dustin and this property and will stay here @ every opportunity.

Awesome!
The house was perfect. Perfect location, extremely clean, so comfortable. Loved the fenced in backyard and the neighbors are friendly! Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Dustin replied immediately to any questions. Will definitely stay here for our future Mayo visits.

We were in Rochester for a visit to Mayo Clinic which is stressful in itself. The house was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood. Dustin was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic house close to Mayo
This house was a huge hit. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood and backyard are perfect. Talked with many of the residents on daily walks and all were friendly. Close to Mayo, drive, and many restaurants. The garage was a great perk of the rental. About the only thing a family member mentioned was they wished there were some night lights. If going to Rochester this house is on the short list of desired locations to rent for us in the future.
