Wonderful cozy new space. Located in the prestigious Pill Hill neighborhood, 1 block from St. Marys hospital. From St. Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo buildings.

All new furniture, linens, mattress.
Smart TV, and fast Wifi included.
The home is located in a great area yards from St. Marys Hospital, restaurants, salons, and gas stations.

The home is a DUPLEX. The lower level is St. Augustine Cottage, the upper level apartment is St. Augustine Flat. Both apartments are private with separate keyed entries. The only shared space is the side foyer.

No car needed but free parking is behind the home (driveway/garage).

Light cleaning service provided for stays greater than 10 days (upon request)

*** We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.

The house may be warmer in the summer/cooler in the winter. 2 Window ac’s and space heater provided for additional comfort

Cozy, Quiet, Perfect location
My daughter and I were in town for doctors appointment at Mayo and wanted to find something close that had a kitchen and some space. This home had everything we needed! It was a very short walk to Mayo, it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, there is many dining options within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and looking forward to staying here again when we are back in Rochester.

Super cute with loads of charm
This property is so cute. It has great character and so convenient to Mayo Clinic. Denise was incredibly accommodating and communication was fantastic. She was very quick to answer questions and so helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Small, but nice and cozy
This upstairs apartment was small, but nice and cozy. It worked out perfectly for my daughter and myself visiting for appointments at Mayo. Overall, we were very happy with it. Pros- Cozy and clean. Great location. We felt safe- as women traveling alone. The free Mayo shuttle worked great once we figured it out. The St. Mary's campus is a block away (sidewalk between the apartments out back), the free Mayo shuttle pickes up roughly every 30mins. starting a 7am and will drop you at the main campus (Gonda). Cons.- Being an older house with creaky floors, we worried about being too loud for the renters below. The bathroom is tiny! If you are tall or larger, this could be an issue (especially the shower).

Charming and met our needs
The flat is comfortable, charming and well maintained. It was a great place to stay as we worked through several Mayo appointments and a procedure. Walking to St. Mary's was a huge plus. Also very nice to be able to spread out and to cook our own meals. As mentioned in other comments the bathroom is small & steps are steep but neither were a problem for us and add to the charm I think. Denise is very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!
