Staff was great! All was in order at the property and it was great to see some upgrades being done. Our son will be attending St. John Fisher University next year and we are looking forward to our next stays after his football games!!

A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast.

My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!
