I rented a room for my lil bro off Expedia.com, when I got him there it was dark, and there wasn't anyone at the office. Everything was dark and they had a sign to call for customer help. So I called the number on the sign in the door. A lady answered and I told her I paid on line and was ready to check in. She answered and said they didn't have anything to do with the Expedia.com and they were full. Told me to call Expedia and then hung up on me. Smh. Ive never been thru that and she didn't have to be so rude. They shouldn't have their hotel on a site like that if they are full. They just takin people's money. Expedia.com said they wasn't responding to them about my refund...dirty people in this world!

I have traveled for the last 40 years. This was either the worst room I’ve stayed in or very close. This hotel should be taken out of hotels.com and not offered to anyone.

It was a brutal room, there were bugs inside, the towels looked like they were 30 years old, the walls looked like they were under renovation. We stayed because we just drove 11 hours, were exhausted, will never go back

Very rundown property, ice machine was broken, same for coffee machine during the "breakfast" which was only some cereals from the bulk dispensers. In the unit itself broken tiles in the bathroom. It was marked as 2 stars (this is a level of Days Inn or Motel 8) but definatelly not even close.

This hotel was very rundown - holes in walls, paint scraped off, deadbolt didn't work, bedding was dirty and mismatched. I never give bad reviews, but this was horrible. The front desk people, however, were very nice.
