This hotel was very rundown - holes in walls, paint scraped off, deadbolt didn't work, bedding was dirty and mismatched. I never give bad reviews, but this was horrible. The front desk people, however, were very nice.

We checked in, but upon entering the room, the 1st thing I noticed was multiple burn holes in the bedspread, as well as stains on the spread and pillows. The curtains were broken, and only 1/2 of the window was covered. We were so discussed with the room that we left and found another hotel in the area to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person, nor would I allow let an animal sleep there.

This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!!
