Great deal!
When I checked in, a maintenance person was in the room trying to fix the light in the bathroom area. I left, and when I came back, the light is not working. The front desk staff, extremely cordial reassigned me to another room. That was fine, except the key card did not work. I was reassigned A third time. This was a handicap accessible room, but it was recently updated and is fine! My perspective is this is an extremely low cost, family motel. Any roadblocks work quickly and efficiently dealt with. Extremely good value for the money!

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff
My husband had just been released to travel home after heart surgery. They helped rearrange our room to make it easier for him. And didn't charge us for changing. They were so very nice and pleasant. Very comfy room, clean, handicap accessible!!! Beautiful bathroom.

The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Flat screen TV that accommodate most inputs. Very good customer service

Ridiculous
Even though I book a room for four. I was told I could not have any gust if I didn't give them their names at check in. When it was time for me to go the main lobby was supposes to be open it wasn't. I spent a long time Ringing the bell and knocking on the window. I called the hotel multiple times before someone came to the phone so I could checkout almost making me late for work. Also I book a regular room they gave me a handicap room. Out of all the hotels in that area this one was by far the worse

HORRIBLE!
Filthy. Smelled awful. "Contintel breakfast" was a joke. Dirty duster was sitting on top the case that was supposed to have breakfast rolls/muffins/sliced bread in it. Dry cereal but no milk. Worst of all, our room had stained and beat-up furniture, grime on every light switch and door, and actual feces (poo) smeared in several places on the bathroom door! I wish I could post a picture (feature won't let me post pics already taken...only live). Disgusting place and desk man said it was an older hotel they are renovating. Absolutely NO excuse for the state of the room!

Great place for $50
Place and personnel were a little weird. Had to leave at 11am or pay extra, no ifs, ands, or buts. No hair dryer, not even at the front desk. No clock radio. HBO was in Spanish, LOL! Shower head was incredibly strong and narrow.WIFI was weak. But all in all it was fine for the money and clean. As it's sooo cheap I'll likely stay there again the next time I'm in Rock Hill.

No frills but comf bed
This is definitely a budget motel. No frills, so set your expectations accordingly. Having said that, I found the room to be very clean and presentable. The king size bed was comfortable as were the pillows. It was obvious that effort was put into the room to compensate for the "budget" aspect. Close to interstate and fast food, but not the best surroundings. If all you are looking for is a comfortable and and a roof over your head then this place will suffice.

Cheap, clean but deteriorating
It was clean but deteriorated. The toilet paper holder was corroded. Paint peeling. There were 3 locks on the door.

Stay away
Looks nothing like the picture. Awful. I was actually scared. Rooms were clean but falling apart. Requested a roll away bed on expedia only to be told they had none. There was no coffee to be found in the morning. The lobby was cluttered and while they say free breakfast....there was none.

disappointed..
It was horrible. I wanted on bed I asked that it not be upstairs but we ended up with two beds on the second floor. It wasn't any soap and thr toilet was not cleaned properly.

Was this time web site says its pet friendly think god I didn't travel with my dog this time cause they changed it. I Booked with Expedia but I made good time and got there early that morning dude at front desk wasn't that great was going check me in to a dirty room was not cool with that at all.. Was going to change my booking but can't with out getting my money back so I came back at 3 after bs around for hours room was okay breakfast was dry cereal without milk but dude at front desk said that there was juice.. I liked this hotel at one point in time Will come back if they are pet friendly once again but be friendlier at the front and breakfast man really!?

The entire experience was so depressing! staff could not find our reservation through Expedia even with our confirmation number. Waites at least 1/2 hr before and still nothing had been settled. We had to pay cash for a room. Our room was unclean, chairs had multiple large stains, bathroom dirty, shower as well. It was an absolute horror! Had it not been that we were tired from a long 10 hour drive, we would had left and should have.

Only booked there because dogs allowed
Not very happy with this establishment. We only stayed here while passing through to a further destination and according to hotels.com they allowed pets and it was just off of the highway. Unfortunately, there was an additional charge for the pet that was not mentioned in the hotels.com description. I would have accepted the price much easier if the fee charged on hotels,com would have included the pet fee as that was the criteria we marked. There was very little room/grass for the dog to walk as it was next to a tall weedy field and the highway and there was trash all along the fence. The hotel staff did nothing about another customer who decided not to pay the extra fee for the pet and locked their dog in their vehicle all night so obviously we got no sleep because that dog barked continuously all night. The "free" breakfast consisted of hard, outdated danishes. Seriously, they are charging way too much money for these rooms. I have stayed in much nicer rooms at Disney World for the same amount of money. Do yourself a favor and pass this listing up.

Great hotel for families
We were overall pleased with our stay at the Americas Best Value Inn. The room was clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. We have no complaints and will probably stay again.

Too many stars
I did not think this hotel was worth a two star rating. Although it was a non-smoking room, the room next door was not and the smoke smell filled our room. It was in bad need of repair as well as upgrading. Would not recommend.

Traveling with Children
We did not stay at this location. The man at the desk was really nice. However, we did not feel safe staying there with our children. This is a great place if you are an adult staying there, but not for traveling with family. The neighborhood was iffy. There were lots of men who were staying there for a job the night we arrived. They were all sitting outside drinking and having a good time. Can't knock them for that, but did not want my children exposed to that.
