「A beautiful cabin surrounded in rich, forest with hiking trails. The property located is tucked away, which makes you feel secluded. Its an amazing and calm experience. The other campers were kind and said hello, when passing by. Fresh food markets nearby. Great nearby cities for more exploration. This was the best and safest experience in a cabin. The maintenance and upkeep is noticeable and I felt special staying in this cabin. This was an epic time away from home. Thank you. 」

「Great place, responsive owner, close to everything you need! We love the Friendship/Waldoboro area, with Jameson Point Lobster a favorite eat-out trip, DownEast feel without the drive. We contacted Rebecca before our stay re. kayaking from the property, and with a quick response she laid out the tidal limits, a tide table for our stay, and places to launch; all accurate and honest, by the way. Turned out to be very easy, plus a long hose that reached down the lawn to help us wash off the boats...

「We stayed at the Boathouse for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted and more. The space is rustic yet comfortable and has a kitchenette that allowed us to make breakfast in the mornings and enjoy coffee and tea alongside our favorite feature, the wood stove. The shower had hot water and the outhouse was comfortable. We were able to unplug from it all and left feeling so rejuvenated. Hope to be back soon!」

「Amazing location. The cabin is EXACTLY as described. It was WELL STOCKED with commodities that we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens etc. The kitchen had just about every gadget and item we needed to have great meals. We cannot say enough about how PEACEFUL this location was for us. The sounds of nature abound, both of land and sea. We spent as many nights as possible out at the fire pit, watching the sun set and enjoying the star filled sky. The stars are unbelievable....
