Relaxing family getaway

Property was clean, had nice amenities and well thought out basic provisions! I usually overpack essentials, but totally unnecessary at this property. Location was quiet, relaxing and room for entire family to spread out. Overall had a great stay at this property and would definitely book again!!!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in like-new condition. Everything was clean and ready for us. The management company, Turnkey Rentals, was very responsive and helpful. The house was spacious. The A/C worked great. It was a great stay, and we enjoyed it. On location, St. Charles Bay is a ways from all the retailers: restaurants, shopping, groceries. But not bad.My wife loved the house.

Summer vacation.

Loved the property and the location. The pool was beautiful. My only complaint had to do with Turnkey Management’s policy of proving a “starter kit” of one trash bag, one box of tissues, one clothes pod, no salt and pepper, tinfoil, Saran Wrap, etc. I found their stocking of these items was pathetic. I’ve stayed in other rentals that do a much better job of stocking. Could also use an occasional mirror other than in the bathroom, clocks. Otherwise, it was a beautiful property.

Everything with this house was amazing. Super clean, awesome neighborhood, neighborhood pool was amazing, phenomenal dock area the kids could fish off of! Truly a remarkable experience…we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Views

This home was great! The views were beautiful, the house was beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet. The house was perfect for our group of 8 with plenty of room. It is a developing area so not crowded at all. The kids loved the community pool and they caught some fish off the pier while late-night fishing! Definitely reccomend!

I enjoyed the view especially in the mornings while drinking coffee with my husband. I liked the area and quietness of the location. I usually bring along my own cleaning supplies in case I need to tidy up the place abit but No I didnt have to. It was nice, clean and fresh smelling.We had no issues with this place. We also saw alligator in the water so be aware when kayaking but all in all this place is lovely!
