Only one complaint

The bed in the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed has a plastic cover on the mattress. Very uncomfortable. One of my daughters went home early because she just couldn’t sleep on it

Wonderful long weekend in Rockport/Fulton

Overall the property was comfortable. We enjoyed being in Fulton. We had a wonderful dinner at Chesapeake 495 and went on the sunset Cruise by Rockport birding and kayaking adventures, with Captain Jay. We are pickleball players and played at the Highschool on enterprise. We were hoping to kayak the lighthouse trails but it was too windy. We had a wonderful lunch at the Boiling Pot. We also enjoyed Padre Island National Seashore.

Beautiful home

Staying this property was like a dream! It was super clean, everything felt at home. The view fr the master bedroom was so beautiful and relaxing ! I drank my coffee outside the balcony and I felt like o was in a dream, that’s how beautiful the view was! My son and husband felt the same way!

Awesome vacation

Condo is very well kept and stocked. Particularly fond of this unit with the close proximity to the pier and views of the bay. We have been staying at Kontiki since it opened. Great place if you have children. Don’t have to worry about busy roads.

Beautiful condo! Great management!

The condo was even better in person which says a lot because it looks beautiful in the photos. We had a little blip with one of the appliances and the manager Roxanna was incredibly helpful and had the issue fixed quickly! We would book this condo again and recommend it to anyone!

Nice place not neighbors

This was a really nice place it was equipped with so much. Looks just like pictures. Only thing off was the neighbors and security. Security came and left notes on our cars stating we needed parking passes which we didnt receive. Later at 10 pm we were playing a board game and security came stating the neighbors were complaining because they were trying to sleep. I get the sleep part but Im guessing the walls were thin for them to be able to hear us. The next night there dog was barking between 12am-3am so could hear him and didnt get much sleep. I do not know if neighbors were on vacation or live there. Other than that we enjoyed the house and enjoyed everything else.

Excellent accommodations!

My family has a tradition of vacationing and fishing in Rockport-Fulton. This was our first stay at Kontiki condominiums. The condo was beautiful and the perfect spot for all of us to relax, fish, play on the beach, and just enjoy the beautiful views of Aransas Bay! We will definitely return!
