Highlighted by a private dock and a plunge pool, this home offers a luxurious canal-front vacation experience! Indulge your inner chef in the upscale kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and island seating. The elegant, coastal-themed decor creates a stylish setting. Along with a plunge pool and dock, the waterside alfresco lounge also offers a gas firepit and a built-in kitchen equipped with a gas grill and a sink. Located just off Goose Island State Park, The Reserve at St. Charles Bay is a beautifully landscaped gated community with high-end resort amenities. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
Large windows fill the living area with natural light. Stream Netflix shows on the smart TV. The gas-burning fireplace provides added allure. Endless fun awaits in the garage game room. Enjoy two TVs, a Ping-Pong table, cornhole boards, and games.
The primary suite boasts a Sonos soundbar and direct access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom boasts an extra-large walk-in shower and a double vanity. All the bedrooms have smart TVs, including one guest bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a twin daybed, a twin trundle, and a wet bar with a wine fridge and a Keurig. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer add convenience.
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The all-season resort infinity pool is unheated.
The unheated community pool is closed from November 7th until the second week in January.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: The boat lift on the dock is not available for guest use.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
