“Great space located near everything! Jolly Pumpkin, Shinola, City Bird and Third Man Records are a block away. Great coffee shop, restaurants, and market right out the front door. Easy walk to Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field ans Comerica Park. Sarina was very attentive and helpful. Will be back again!”

“Entry is much simpler than it seems. Arrive during the day so you have the sunlight on your side. "Post with lockbox between 2 trees" is located on the INSIDE of the fenced parking area. You will see several lockboxes on the OUTSIDE of the fence, the one you need is easy to overlook. I did contact the host and response was prompt. After successfully obtaining the key, the main door to the building was found to be wedged open. Located the unit easily but immediately upon opening the door, we were……

“Upon arrival, it was evident upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned--debris & hairballs on the floors and in the nightstand drawers, thick dust on the baseboards, bedroom blinds don't fully close, 2 worn-out bath towels for a booking for 4 adults, car with broken windows in the parking area. Shared pics with host and they say "I see there are a few spots that could have been cleaned better..." Host offered to send a cleaning crew back out, but after a full day of travel, we didn't……

“Overall our stay was okay. The main issue was that the unit was not clean. There were crumbs all over the floors and the counters and mirrors had not been wiped down. There were dirty dishes in the sink. There was also only one towel and no hand soap, and the host was able to drop off those items which we appreciated. The host was communicative and helpful, but we wish the space had been cleaner. ”

“This condo is ideally situated. Walkable to tourist sites near the river, blocks from The Belt, close to many of Detroit's murals and sports venues, and across the street from the dueling Coney Island hot dog restaurants. Short drive to Eastern Market (highly recommend breakfast at Farmer Frank's before a walk through the market) and Midtown. Unit is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet. My only "complaint" pertains to limited kitchen supplies (e.g. there is no pot large enough for pasta……
