「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.」

「El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.」

「Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition.」

「Beautiful view off the balcony. The hosts were attentive without being intrusive. Well appointed kitchen.」

「The space itself was clean and tidy, along with directions on how to get to the room. Everything was great overall. Although, the clarification on which unit was the one I was renting was a bit confusing, but not enough to require elaboration by sending a message.」

「Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony.」

「We loved this property! Clean, cute and peaceful! The host was friendly and checked in on us.」

「Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.」

「Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.」

「I love the place, y it very close to the pool」

「Amazing views !! Seen all the bears pool and hot tubs were great ! We will be back !」

「Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.」

「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...
