Wonderful 3 bedroom / 2 bath / Pet-Friendly beauty in Rocky Mount (near I-95/I-64). Located in the established BUNN FARM subdivision, with large driveway (easily fit 4 vehicles). Covered front porch, nice front and rear yard with fence, fully equipped kitchen with the basics for cooking, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, and utensils. Don't forget the coffee :) There are SMART TVs in each bedroom with WIFI.

We loved this place!!
This was the perfect house for my family and I to stay! My son had a baseball tournament at Rocky Mount Sports Complex, and the house was less than 15 minutes away. Booking was super easy and the owner, Mr. Willams, responded quickly when I booked the wrong dates. Mr. Williams fixed the dates for me and was very flexible. The house was pet friendly, and had a huge fenced in back yard. We had a great experience and would recommend it.

Good Enough
Overall the house was clean. There were structural issues, with the floors in many spots. A few of the windows had no locks or broken locks. The water pressure is non existent, so if your planning on staying multiple days you may not be getting a good shower or one at all. Also makes it difficult to wash dishes. I did let the property owner know, that we were unable to take showers on our last day. He said he would have sent someone to look at it if he knew earlier. Based on other reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed. I feel that we payed a reasonable rate for our stay, but it came with some issues. So mixed feelings on this home.

NIce house with some issues
House was very clean and spacious, in what seemed to be a nice neighborhood. I'm giving it 4 stars bc the water pressure was TERRIBLE, barely enough to wash shampoo out of my hair, even with the shower being the only water running in the house. Actually couldn't get the master shower to work at all. Also, the floor is very weak in several places, like it will fall through in the near future. Didn't happen for us, but I would be hesitant to stay there later this year. Also, no lamps in the LR or master bedroom, only overhead lights. A small inconvenience, but an added frustration. Was sufficient for our one night stay.

Spacious and Very Adequate
I stayed a night here with four members of my bridal party and we started getting ready at this house on the morning of my wedding. For the price and location it was absolutely adequate. I had been looking for a place that could house a group of people and we could all easily fit. There were three beds and an additional mattress in the closet. The house does have some foundational issues, so be aware of that if traveling with people that have a hard time walking. There's a little bit of a musty smell, but overall not bothersome. Nice large kitchen space. The nicest part was that all the bedrooms I think had a smart tv, nice size. Our stay was in December and there was a cute Christmas tree set up in the living room. :) Easy to find, quiet neighborhood. Very easy to communicate with the owner.

Adequate for a very short stay
The best part about this place was definitely the space--it was awesome to be able to spread out as a family and have lots of room for everyone as we traveled down the coast; that was important to us after having been in the car for hours and hours. Otherwise, there were some let-downs that made this stay less than ideal. The place was nice in ways, but was a little dirty, both in terms of the furniture as well as in the kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen itself was really poorly stocked, even for a VRBO, and we've seen others for comparison. It needed, at a minimum, some dish towels and some place clean to store the silverware. The whole house smelled musty/moldy, too. I think that's likely because of issues with the crawlspace. This smell represented a pretty big concern for someone in our group. I felt like the floors all over the house were very uneven and poorly done. This didn't bother me, but I would never let someone with gait or stability issues stay in this place--they represent a real tripping hazard. Some check-out information would have been helpful, too. We didn't know what to do with towels, sheets, etc. Lastly, I didn't get check-in information until a couple of hours before we were arriving. This was very hard for me as I didn't have internet access on our drive and had to find somewhere to get access so that I could log into VRBO and find the access code to the place. It was nervewracking leaving one location early in the morning and not knowing for sure how I was going to get into my next rental. This place worked for us because we were in and out very quickly, but we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than we did and wouldn't go back unless we didn't have another option.

House could use a deep cleaning. Sheets didn't fit the pillow top mattress, but the mattress was wonderful. Kitchen needs stocked a little better, no can opener, no dish cloths, only one towel for each person. Loved the yards and location. Very quiet neighborhood.

Not what was advertised
Not correct about of beds or a functional washing machine. The kitchen was least stocked I have seen. Was not expensive & got what was paid for.
