"This hotel is located conveniently in central Kelowna near many restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Plenty of parking is available. The hotel is still undergoing a renovation and we were advised when we checked in that some of the amenities were not yet available. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Staff not immediately available when we checked in and when we checked out an employee from maintenance was at the front desk and could not answer a couple of questions I had during the check out. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is converting to a Hilton Double Tree Hotel."
