「Consider parking on the street and remaining hitched if towing a trailer as the alleyway behind the house while nice is very difficult to navigate. High point is the sun porch but needs shades for privacy. Discussed with owner to purchase a dining set. He seemed responsive. Place was very clean and nice choice of furniture.」

「When we got in, the place had a distinct smell of smoke that took opening the windows and doors to get it to disperse. Since it looked like it was cleaned that day, that would have been nice to know about the smell. The grill is shared by the front unit and located there as well, so it’s pretty inconvenient, and the outdoor area is just a barren small plot behind the house. The price was great for the unit, but the description was far from the best.」
