furniture was dirty a few of sliding doors did not lock. we reported a few issues no power in one bedroom and bath, game not working in game room Did it ever ? power tech came to attempt to fix the electric Three days later but he did not get it to work correctly !! we tried calling but they never call back so we went to office but our request was not their priority No I would not rent from Surf or sound again

Beautiful!!

The house if absolutely beautiful! We were blown away by it, the pictures, honestly, do not do it justice. There were a few cosmetic flaws, but nothing that effected our stay. This was a family vacation ranging in ages 6mos to 51 and each one of us were completely happy with the home. Great location as well...

Place was a bit dirty, several beds very uncomfortable. We couldn't figure out the tv and no instructions were left. Lights in media room were all out, we had to go buy light bulbs. Called maitenience and no one came.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The pool was awesome. The house (inside & out) needs a lot of updating and major deep cleaning.
