Excellent location! The house could have been cleaner upon arrival. I recommend they use a different cleaning company, it wasn’t terrible, just not as cleaned as I would have liked it to be. Otherwise, great location and awesome pool and hot tub!

THE house was dirty, dust everywhere, cobwebs, coffee spilled down cabinet front, underwear in the closet. roaches, spiders, mice. Poop under cabinet. I don't believe they took "extra precautions" for Covid-19 sanitizing! Broken fridge loud screeching for long periods. Not replaced until day 4. Replacement fridge also loud and did not make ice. The bridge is being built across from the house with pilings being pounded into place starting at 7:30 am. No warning concerning this. Construction on the house next door all day starting with sawing at 0530. Avery loud stressful vacation. We will not be back.

Great house for our family of 5, with 3 adult kids who were back from college, and a couple of their friends. Plenty of space, great to have a private pool and hot tub, and a very short walk to get to the beach or the sound.

The house was so wonderful and the location is perfect. The issue we had was with the property management. Despite repeated calls informing them that we had no internet, they did not respond or try to fix it for 5 days. It didn't ruin our trip, but it was an indicator that the management company has issues. We also requested more towels and that was ignored as well. In short, the house is wonderful but the property management company leaves a lot to be desired.
