You'll be close to two beaches and enjoy easy access to surfing waves or gentle waters of Pamlico Sound via an access ramp at the end of the road.

  • Bonner Bridge is one of North Carolina's most well known man-made structures of it's kind (The Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway is probably the most well known). This location makes for a great getaway at the Outerbanks to spend an entire day (and night). The location is popular for fishing and is ideal for landscape and astro photography. You can have lots of fun on some of the dunes, although getting the sand out afterwards is a big hassle. This is one of my favorite images from this location. I love the warm light tones and the shadows that create a contrast in the foreground sand. It is created from a single exposure with only minor modifications made to adjust overall contrast and brightness. If you are interested in wildlife, the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge is nearby and is a very popular location. Location was great

Location was great. House was perfect size. However we had roaches the whole time. Surf and Sound tried to address the situation but we still have live roaches in the kitchen on the last day of our stay. This house needs to be bombed for bugs or thoroughly sprayed.

Place was amazing but couldn't use the charcoal grill.

The charcoal grill should be removed from the listing amd needs replaced. We brought charcoal and all kinds of foods to grill but when we removed the cover the bottom is almost rotted out so we were unable to use it. Other than that the place was amazing and would definitely stay there again.
