La chambre réservée etait une chambre superieure. Mais a l'arrivée c'etait une chambre standard. Donc déçu. Je leur signale au depart. Il me demande de faire un mail pour me faire un geste en remboursement. Je fais le mail et pas de reponse. Dommage

Séjour d'une semaine à Rodez

J'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double proche de la ville de Rodez. Quand je suis arrivée la chambre qu'on m'avait attribué n'était pas proche du parking heureusement la personne la personne à l'accueil a accepter de me changer de chambre et l'a donc donne une chambre au Rdc proche du parking..😊 La chambre était grande propre avait une baignoire et une grande salle de bain une grande fenêtre orientée sud le faisant profiter du soleil ☀️ le matin...l'hôtel est situé proche de la ville de Rodez et est bien desservie avec des commerces et un service de bus...
