The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall.

je recommande ... seul hic les chambres côté avenue sont un peu bruyantes à mon goût, ( passage moto et camions poubelles). Petit déjeuner tout à fait honorable et personnel à notre écoute et fort aimable. l'activité déjeuner ou dîner se fait en centre ville car il n'y a pas de salle de repas ( uniquement pour le buffet petit dej) mais il y a le choix dans les restaurants de proximité .

Parfait pour decouvrir Rodez

Chambre qui donne sur la place Foch et la cathedrale. Un grand lit confortable, une climatisation discrète, une salle de bain immense avec peignoirs et machine Nespresso. Un mini frigidaire complète le tout vue la chaleur c est utile. Tout peut être fait à pied pour le centre historique et le musée Soulages. Un parking souterrain jouxte l hotel. L accueil est souriant et motivant. Juste bien pour découvrir Rodez

le receptioniste US est une perle ! très aimable et prêt à rendre service non stop : le souci c'est l'hotel !! la porte vitrée de la baignoire qui tombe sur ma jambe gauche et m'écorche à cause ,d'un non entretien des gonds est inadmissible : la reception fermée à 20 H sans me préciser le num à appeler si je decide de sortir c'est bizarre et encore la réception fermée entre midi 1/2 et 14 H ça ,fait sourire !! que les hoteliers ne se plaignent pas de manque de client. Il faut trouver leurs horaires d'ouverture .......

Chambre donnant sur un appareil de ventilation très bruyant et comme la Clim ne marchait pas c’était encore plus bruyant car obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir !! À part ça hôtel bien placé dans la ville.

Magnifique! Chambre de bonnes dimensions très confortable avec capsules de café, thé, biscuits.. et savonnettes en plus du savon liquide, "carolines" pour les cheveux, petits chaussons...Et en plus vue super vers cathédrale. Quant au petit déjeuner, il fut bien complet. Personnel très agréable.

Séjour très décevant. Rien ne viendra compenser l’accueil médiocre.Après un premier contact téléphonique en demi teinte nous trouvons porte close à notre arrivée à 16h40 (accueil prévu à partir de 16h00 sur hôtel.com). Le personnel n’est présent qu’entre 17h00 et 20h00, en dehors de ces heures mieux vaut n’avoir besoin de rien. La chambre est vétuste (moquette ternie, papier peint decollé, pieds de lit cassé..) et pas parfaitement propre (moisissures et traces diverses dans la sdb). La fenêtre donne sur une arrière cour technique occupée par de bruyants blocs de Clim et une colonie de pigeons et leurs déjections . Malgré les grosses chaleurs (33 degrés) l’activation de la Clim nous est refusée car ce n’est pas encore la date. Nous dormirons fenêtre ouverte dans le bruit des compresseurs et des pigeons. Un mini-bar vide et pas branché, pas de coffre fort… oû sont les trois étoiles !?!

In centro a Rodez ma con parcheggio disponibile a pagamento 11.90 euro al giorno di fianco alla struttura . Camere ben attrezzate e bagno ottimo . Le camere superior hanno una bella vista sulla cattedrale.
