Die Unterkunft und die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Der See ist allerdings sehr stark mit Unterwasserpflanzen bewachsen und ist aus meiner Sicht sehr mit Wasserpflanzen verschmutzt. Baden war sehr unangenehm.

In der kalten Jahreszeit ungeeignet

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus komplett ausgekühlt, was zum einen an den wohl schon seit Stunden ausgeschalteten elektrischen Heizkörpern bzw. an der schlechten Isolierung des Ferienhauses lag. Der Versuch die Vermieterin telefonisch zu erreichen, war erfolglos, auch auf die Bitte um Rückruf hat sie nicht reagiert.Am Anreisetag müsste man eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit erwarten dürfen! Nachdem wir nach einigem Bemühen die Heizung in Gang gebracht hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich die App gesteuerten Heizkörper, wenn sie höher als 20 Grad eingestellt wurden, was aufgrund der Auskühlung der Räume notwendig war(!) nach einiger Zeit selbständig abschalteten und wir wieder im Kalten saßen. Auch das Anfeuern des Kachofens gestaltete sich schwierig, da Anzündholz fehlte und nur größere Holzscheite zur Verfügung standen. Zudem zog der Kamin nicht richtig, so dass das Feuer immer wieder ausging. Im Badezimmer gab es zwar einen Heizlüfter, der sich allerdings auch immer wieder nach kurzer Zeit ausschaltete und damit das Duschen zu einer sehr kalten Angelegenheit wurde! Der Wasserdurchfluss bei der Dusche war sehr gering.Nach der Abfahrt haben wir dann noch eine sehr unfreundliche e-mail von der Vermieterin bekommen, ob wir die Heizung absichtlich ausgeschaltet hätten.Wir nahmen an, dass die Heizung, um Energie zu sparen, abgeschaltet werden sollte. Ansonsten müßten wir uns als Gäste fragen, ob dies bei unserem Aufenthalt Absicht gewesen war.

Ein wunderschönes Urlaubsziel

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das einzige was wir auszusetzen hätten, wären die Matratzen im großen Bett. Die waren zu weich. Alles andere sowie die Gegend war super schön!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön Leider war das Wasser vom See abgelassen und kein Angeln möglich und somit war es nötig, zu einem Angelsee zu fahren Aber sonst eine schöne Unterkunft

die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in direkter Seenähe. Es ist alles, was an Ausstattung benötigt wird, vorhanden. Wir konnten direkt mit der Erholung starten. Es fehlte uns an nichts, selbst das Wetter hat perfekt mitgespielt. Wir genossen die Abende auf der Terrasse am Grill und der Feuerschale. Etwas schade war dass Angeln am Neubäuer See leider verboten ist, die Informationen auf der Homepage des Campingplatzes sind etwas irreführend. Dies konnte uns die Woche Urlaub jedoch nicht trüben, die - wie es wohl immer sein wird - viel zu schnell vorrüber war.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Es waren wunderbare Tage, die wir in Neubäu verbracht haben. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar mehr. :-) Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten total bequem. Im "Kinderzimmer" gibt es eine Lichterkette im Betthimmel, ein Traum für unser Enkelkind! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und auch den stets sehr freundlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Einfach toll!!

Das Haus war so liebevoll weihnachtlich geschmückt, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet! Die Lage einfach top. Direkt am See, super Spazierweg rundherum. Hier hat der Alltagsstress einfach keine Chance... Auch für unseren Hund wurde super vorgesorgt (Näpfe). Wir kommen sicher wieder! Ist sicher auch im Sommer toll!
