There’s plenty to excite and delight inside and out in a house that puts you within easy reach of Downtown Rogers, Pinnacle Hills and all the other treasures that Northwest Arkansas holds. LIVING ROOM You’re bound to need a space where you can all gather during your stay, perhaps to watch TV, play games or just plan the next day’s adventures. This living room is where you can do that. It has two leather sofas and an armchair, so plenty of seating for all guests. There’s a big coffee table too, with space enough for board and card games. And then there’s the Samsung smart TV, all 70-inches of it wall mounted above the fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM Hosting a sit-down meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay? The open concept kitchen and dining area makes for a great place to do this. First, the kitchen where you’ll find all the tools, dishes, plates, bowls, and drinkware a large crew is likely to need. The appliances and countertops are high quality, so preparing snacks and meals is a real pleasure on those occasions you decide not to eat out. There’s even breakfast bar seating, a great place to grab a snack. But when everyone wants to sit down together, the adjacent dining table gives you all somewhere to gather and celebrate good food and great company. 4 BEDROOMS Whichever bedroom you get at The Broadway, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a comfortable hotel mattress by Helix Sleep and Brooklinen Luxe Core bedding. The Master features a king size bed, together with a lounge chaired a twin bed, 55-inch smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with shower, and double vanity. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a king size beds with a 55-inch smart tv, Bedroom 2 has two queen size beds and a small sitting area, while the final Bedroom 3 downstairs has two twin beds, ideal for younger guests. 2.5 BATHROOMS As well as the ensuite in the master bedroom, there’s a guest bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combo, WC and wash basin. You can expect to find good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and hair dryers in these bathrooms for all guests to use. There is also a half bathroom located in the downstairs foyer. LAUNDRY All that hiking, biking or exploring NWA tends to get clothes a little dirty. So it’s good to know you can wash and dry your favorites easily in the pad’s separate laundry area. OUTSIDE SPACE Wander out onto the side porch and you have a space with seating on which you can relax, reflect, maybe read that book you keep meaning to finish.
