Perfect getaway!

This is a really wonderful property with great views and amenities. It is a perfect layout for families with kids and the deck/backyard/lake access was perfect! Loved playing pickleball and spending time outside. There are some beautiful hiking spots nearby too.

Great get away!

This was perfect for my sister and our two families. Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space, but also plenty of common areas to spend time together. The lake was in a perfect location and the hot tub was delightful. The hosts were excellent with communication and answering questions...overall a great place! We will have to come back in the summer so that we can get in the lake!

Great and restful family getaway

We wish we could have stayed longer! The house was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Our family had a wonderful time paddleboarding, swimming around the dock, and playing pickle ball and ping pong. The beds were super comfy to fall into after long days of fun. Will absolutely be back when we are able to get away again!

Julie and Collier are great hosts. This is our second time staying here and won’t be the last. Easy access to the home, ample parking, lots of sleep options, beautiful views, excellent deck and dock. Our son even proposed to his love down by the lake!

Fabulous family vacation home on Beaver Lake

This home is totally wonderful for a family group. The location is one of the best on Beaver Lake - views, easy sloped access to water and dock and LOTS of amenities. My family of 4 adults, 2 teens, an 8 year old had an amazing week here. The home layout worked great for us. The home was very clean - 4 full baths, nice towels, very comfortable beds and shampoo etc. Terrific game room! Great kitchen and appliances, Washer dryer, dining table for 12 and tv's everywhere! And that's just the inside! Outside is your private resort paradise! Covered XL hot tub, covered very large gas grill with smoker and pizza oven.An enormous deck with upscale outdoor furnishings. Comfortable dining for 12 or more (not picnic tables), huge cushioned lounge area, All lighted with string and ambient lighting. The games!! Darts, ring toss, large 4square, pingpong, pickle ball court. Indoor puzzles and games collection. A wonderful tree swing. The entire area is chain link fenced for dogs, at least a quarter acre with large trees. And the very BEST part for us (my family lives in Albuquerque in the desert!) - the dock and swim area! The gravel beach has 8 Adirondack chairs and fire pit. New boat dock has a swim dock, Lilly pad, ladder, kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, life vests, fishing poles, and chairs. Bumpers to dock your own boat too! Julie and Collier were wonderful hosts, easy to contact, quick response and so generous with this wonderful home. Thank you so very much!

We love this house and property! This is the second year my family drove from New Mexico to enjoy a week on Beaver Lake in this wonderful location. This property has everything you can imagine for a dream lakeside family vacation - boat/swim dock, life vests, paddle boards, fishing rods, kayaks, Lilly pad, gravel beach, pickleball court, tree swing, grill, fire pit, outdoor dining and lounging, hot tub, ice machine, 4 tvs with streaming, games, puzzles, 2 kitchens, laundry, 4 bathrooms, plenty of beds, clean and dog friendly! The slope to the lake is very gentle, not like many beaver lake properties that are cliff side dwellings! It's well stocked and close to Rocky Branch marina if you bring or rent a boat. We were 7 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. Plenty of room to play, cook and eat! The hosts are wonderful and very responsive to questions or needs. Air conditioning was great! It is their lake home, so it feels like you are being welcomed by friends. We look forward to another year of fun and memories here.

Beautiful Lake

We had a great family reunion trip with family ranging from grandparents, teens and littles. The boat dock and shore line was where we spent almost all of our time. The water is so clear and it was so easy to launch our kayaks and paddle boards from the shore. We were able to tie our boat up to the dock which was so nice and made things much simpler than having to launch it each day. The dock is so clean! There is a ladder for easy water access, also. The house was clean and well stocked with what you need and had a huge dining table that fit our big group. The deck was huge, shaded and mostly private. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Happy Family Vacation

We just finished our wonderful stay at this property. We had our 3 college-age kids with us and the two dogs. This house did not disappoint. It is on a beautiful lot with gorgeous lake views and a very private feeling with trees framing the yard. We loved having a fenced yard for our dogs and could all hang out together. The kids were never bored with the multiple activities like paddle boards, games, pickle ball and hot tub for entertainment. The house was very comfortable, updated, and clean. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and had everything we needed to cook inside and outside. The homeowners are very responsive to the few questions we had. We will definitely come back. 5 stars!
