Camera sporca situata due piani sottoterra (la vista giardino era praticamente sul parcheggio auto quindi con rumore e poca privacy), ragnatele nella stanza, pavimento del bagno con macchie nere ed impronte, odore di fogna proveniente dalla doccia fatto presente la sera stessa della nostro arrivo e non risolto nei tre giorni successivi del soggiorno.
Colazione scarsa per un hotel a 5 stelle; se volevi un uovo alla coque o un’omelette dovevi pagarla a parte! Vespe che...

「A really lovely stay, right in the centre of a beautiful little town, which was wonderful. We had a Comfort Room, which was lovely and beautifully appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything very easy.
