「We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5!
