「The checkin process is complicated if staying for a short time (I stayed 1 night). Lots of temporary parking, scanning codes, going to up to into to get the scan cards, parking is next store but pretty full).
If I was staying longer it would be fine but a lot of moving around for a short stay.
The unit has seen better days and is in need of a refresh.
Communication and instructions were good and the people in the residential units were nice).
Location is great.」

「We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend 」

「Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say...

「We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean.」
