“Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. Customer service was nice and they tried to……

“todo muy bien con la estancia. El único inconveniente el fuertísimo olor a productor de limpieza con ambientador que hizo que abriésemos la ventana durante varias horas. El olor a ambientador es excesivamente fuerte. Si lo podéis controlar será más agradable.”

“Al principio tenía dudas porque al ser un lugar turístico y el hotel barato, pensé que iba a estar demasiado básico o en malas condiciones. Pero al entrar me sorprendió primero la atención y luego la limpieza. Que bárbaros!!! En un 10 de 10!!!”

“Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee……

“We had a very comfortable stay in this very clean and very convenient flat. Beds very comfortable, furnished with all the essentials for a short holiday (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine), with an astounding view south-west out of the city walls over the Mediterranean, and right at the heart of the old town (but easy enough to walk elsewhere). Relatively easy to pick up and drop off key (at a different location in the old town about 5 minute walk away). Only negative was carrying……

“Ein sehr schönes und vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviertes Hotel, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch in der Bar/Restaurant freundlich bedient. Hier haben wir abends auch etwas gegessen. Die Speisen waren gut, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass es nur eine kleine Karte gibt.  In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch sehr gute Bäcker, sodass man auch außer Haus sehr gut frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. ”
