"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

Well equipped kitchen, and all necessary cleaning products and all necessary toiletries provided, so you don't have to run to the shops immediately. Very friendly and respectful host. Do check out the nearest pub, called the Black Venus! Amazing 5* restaurant quality meals! I'd go back there just to eat there again. We had an amazing time...
