Incorrect info. Given by staff member. No place to hold soap in shower so open shower door to get soap and shampoo and water from shower floods the bathroom. The room is very clean but the entrance of the building to the second floor is filthy. No holder for toilet paper. Good location if you don’t mind the street being so dirty. the bathroom

Moreover, even if at the moment there is no soap hold in the shower, that does not mean that you can't take everything you need inside without letting water flood the toilet. The property is excellent located. The staffing is very helpful and gives you appropriate attention. They make easy communication. The building is an old building and from outside you could have questions. But the apartments are very spacious, clean and well kept. The only portion that needs attention I think are the bathroom walls. A bleach spraying will clean the spots that need attention. But overall clean and well maintained.

Edificio fatiscente sia esternamente che internamente le stanze non male nel complesso anche se poco curate per quanto mi riguarda un esperienza poco gradevole xchè oltre alla scomodità delle scale per i bagagli non avevamo nemmeno una finestra per areare la stanza mi risulta che anche al 41/bis siano dotati di finestra di notte non si respirava perché ovviamente vista la piccola dimensione della stanza mancava l'ossigeno. mi sembra strano che gli abbiano dato anche l'agibilità per aprire stanze senza un minimo di riciclo d'aria....non lo consiglio

We paid about 60euros/night for this place. For this price this was an amazing deal, we didn’t have to use taxis and transit at all. So convenient and walkable to pretty much all famous places in Roma. Staff was wonderful, Alicia helped us with great recommendations and helped us with our luggage. I saw few bad reviews for no elevators on site, they have clearly stated on the booking information, so I don’t why people give bad reviews for this. This is why for the price we paid, this was an awesome deal. Staff cleaned the rooms well and were friendly with instructions, very responsive and clear directions for getting to the property. They provided us with places to visit and a map with instructions. We will stay again if we come back to Rome. Thank you staff!!

Opholdet var udemærket, men vi havde nogle udfordringer med værelset. Badeværelset var nyt, men vi kunne ikke rigtig rulle ud i toilettet, der var både reparatør og personale på sagen. Først på 3 dagen fortalte de, at man skulle presse knappen så langt ind, at væggen buede, før der blev rullet ud. Derudover var der en aften, hvor strømmen var gået, en anden dag var varmt vand væk. Pludselig kunne vi ikke bruge A/C, selvom der var 25 grader på værelset. Vi skrev til personalet, og de havde slukket for a/c. De ville ikke tænde det igen, men de henviste os til at sove uden dyne, hvis vi havde det varmt.

Great location- 20-30 minute walk to all major sites and 10 minutes to the best food area in the city (Trast). Simple accommodations exactly as advertised. I’d recommend this to someone looking for a central location for a reasonable price!

Room was clean with fresh towels but super tiny as well. My wife and I bumped into each other a lot because it was so small lol. They did a good job of cleaning it daily as well which was nice. Shower was really good but water was clogging a lot unfortunately but we aren't too picky so we didn't mind it. Location was absolutely perfect - it was easily walkable to all the main attractions in Rome! Great restaurants and shops nearby as well. Only the train station was for so we had to uber as we were headed to Amalfi. Staff was friendly and always available if we needed them - it helps that they provide their WhatsApp as well. It isn't an easy hotel to find but thankfully a local helped us find it when we arrived. They should put up some better signage! I would say their pricing is also very competitive so despite being a tiny room we felt it was worth the cost especially because Rome is generally expensive as it is when it comes to hotels. We wouldn't mind staying here again in the future!

Habitaciones pequeñas
Las habitaciones son muuuuy pequeñas (tanto que al tener dos valijas grandes de 23kg, no entraban las dos abiertas a la vez, habia que guardar una para abrir la otra) Sumado a esto el edificio no tiene ascensor y teniamos 4 equipajes para subir ya que era un viaje de 30 dias y este fue el ultimo hotel, por lo cual subir y bajar no fue la mejor experiencia. Tambien, al ser tan chico el hotel, se escucha mucho todo lo que hacen las habitaciones de al lado o hasta la recepcion, en nuestro caso oíamos el telefono del hotel y todas las conversaciones entre los empleados y los huespedes. El edificio en general esta bastante venido abajo, pero el personal del hotel es muy amable y la ubicacion es muy buena, lo cual compensa la experiencia general.

Rooms have all been remodelled and are very nice, they need to maybe put some money into the entry way stairs as when we arrived we almost cancelled and found another hotel to stay in as we had one look and pretty much went we don’t wanna stay here. When we got the room it was much better! Just the entry way and stair well is very off putting! The rooms themself are great they had lots of room for bags etc they were clean and got cleaned each day. The location wasn’t too bad it didn’t feel to far from things it was an easy enough walk. The staff were all great at helping us organise taxi’s etc.

Hotellet ligger på andra våningen efter en brant trappa. I entrén står en papperskorg med skräp. Kändes mer som om vi hyrde ett rum i en lägenhet än som om vi var på hotell. Trång reception och ännu mindre rum. Sängen var ganska liten och kändes utnött. Lakanen kändes rena men såg gamla och slitna ut. Jobbade några tjejen i receptionen som var supertrevliga och gjorde det bästa de kunde av situationen

Avevo già letto le recensioni quindi non avevo grosse aspettative. Il palazzo è davvero brutto ma questo non credo sia imputabile alla struttura. Il letto era abbastanza comodo ma le stanze molto rumorose, i nostri vicini si sono alzati alle 6 per fare la doccia e praticamente il loro bagno era attaccato al nostro letto. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Posizione ottima. Direi che per un soggiorno economico in centro per una notte può andar bene se non si hanno troppe pretese

A fuir : chambre sans fenêtre (non précisé)
Hotel à fuir ! Cet hotel dispose de chambres normales, avec fenêtre et... d'une chambre sans fenêtre. Cette particularité cruciale n'apparait pas dans le descriptif (c'est pourtant une obligation légale). C'est donc une roulette russe que l'on découvre à l'arrivée : le client chanceux a le droit de respirer. Le client malchanceux, ce fut mon cas, se retrouve dans la chambre "colosseo" et suffoque toute la nuit. Un cauchemar !!! ` Techniquement, il y a une fenêtre qui ouvre dans une cour sordide (cf photo). L'odeur de friture qui se dégage de cette cour est insupportable, impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte sur ce cloaque plus de 2 sec. L' hotel m'a indiqué être désolé, que la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et que toutes les autres chambres étaient occupées. Dommage... Car en plus, l'AC ne fonctionne pas. Techniquement là encore, l'AC démarre et fait un bruit énorme. Mais de fait, aucun air ou air frais n'est dégagé. Bref, il reste un mini ventilateur... Le comble est que cette chambre n'a aucun système de ventilation. Bref, le client est condamné à manquer d'air. C'est inévitable. L'isolation de la chambre dans le bâtiment est tellement folle que la 3G ne passe même pas ! Cet hotel est juste une escroquerie, qui maquille ses chambres avec un coup de peinture pour cacher son mépris du client

Hôtel pour cours séjours
La porte dentée et le bâtiment vétustes. On imagine pas un hôtel à l'intérieur. Les chambres ne sont pas de la mm taille. Nous avons loué 2 chambres 2 personnes la différence de taille etait importante. Certaines chambres volets cassés donc lumière de bonne heure. Entendons tous les bruits des voisins. Les chasses d'eaux tres bruyantes et du mal a se remplir, porte placard salle de bain abîmée. Lit et coussins conformatables. Frigaux fait légèrement du froid en une nuit eau peu fraîche. La wifi est coupée bien avant l'heure du départ à 11h, très mauvais réseaux. La Tv uniquement en italien. Il est propre.Attention taxe de sejour 3,5 €/pers/jour. Il est bien situé pour faire les monument à pieds.
