Our room is not the.same on the pocture. The room is too small. Not so much Amenities. Shower area have no non slip mat, over all i.am disappointed on this property. The only good thing about this property is only walkoing distance to the Vaticsn City. And close to everything.

Accueil chaleureux... et c'est tout. Vu le prix, on ne s'attendait pas à exceptionnel mais quand même. Si vous cherchez juste un lit correct, vous l'avez trouvé. Le titre annonce B&B mais n'y comptez pas, les petits-déjeuner ne sont pas compris, il s'agit d'un Bed&Bathroom d'après le réceptionniste (les lois italiennes ne régissant pas ce genre de location, ils font un peu ce qu'ils veulent). Pour le reste, la chambre est tout juste propre, la salle de bain poussiéreuse et sent l'humidité. Les fenêtres sont vieilles et ferment mal. Quand à la kitchenette qui à première vue corrige l'absence de petit-déjeuner, ne vous y trompez pas car si elle n'est pas décrite dans la réservation c'est parce qu'elle est inutilisable ! En avisant une machine à café et une bouilloire, nous avions fait nos courses en conséquence et bien mal nous en a pris : les machines doivent dater de Néron si l'on en croit le centimètre de calcaire qui accroche le fond (et je n'exagère rien). Merci pour l'eau chaude marron et les petits cailloux :) Pas de couverts, pas d'assiette, pas de torchon seulement 2 tasses à café et sans rien pour faire la vaisselle. Il y avait bien là un microonde (qui a sauvé la première partie de notre séjour) mais en plein milieu, il nous a été retiré sans explications et impossible de le récupérer ! Comme solution, ils nous proposent de faire 5 étages pour venir réchauffer nos plats... Ça pourrait être mille fois mieux avec peu de moyens, c'est vraiment dommage.

Cher client, il n’est pas nécessaire de se cacher derrière l’anonymat pour un simple commentaire. Cependant, nous répondons en détail: le petit-déjeuner est inclus si vous choisissez le tarif du petit-déjeuner, mais comme vous avez choisi un tarif sans petit-déjeuner, le Le petit déjeuner n'était évidemment pas inclus. Simple. La cuisine que vous voyez sur les photos est un espace commun disponible pour les clients, mais elle n’est pas utilisée pour des poêles pour des raisons de sécurité et, comme vous l’avez bien écrit, elle n’est pas annoncée précisément parce qu’elle ne peut pas être utilisée comme cuisine normale, mais seulement comme un espace commun où vous pouvez prendre une tasse de thé ou de café, nous ne comprenons donc pas le sens du commentaire, sauf que nous sommes honnêtes de ne pas vendre ce que nous n'offrons pas. Honnêtement, je laisse tous les autres commentaires, car ils ne reflètent pas l’état de la situation et se contentent de lire les commentaires des autres clients pour comprendre la vraie qualité de notre structure, qui est un b & b et non un restaurant libre-service. Great room for the price! Excellent Location!
These rooms are located in a prime location. Less than 2 blocks from the enterance of the Vatican and two blocks from the subway station. We also visited the Coloseum and it was super easy to get there from our room via the subway. Michael checked us in and was super helpful with directions, places to eat and other recommendations. Room was small but clean and suited us just fine. Good room for the money.

Both rooms in our apartment look nothing like the advertise picture. Very clean but very dated. Bathrooms in the apartments were smelly and very noisy. Fantastic location for everything to visit, metro station at the top of the road.if u are looking for a budget,clean room it’s spot on.

Comfortable enough, good location
Central location close to the Vatican and public transit. Restaurants and grocery close and open late. Room functional but not super comfortable (small shower, bed not great) but with AC. Check in a little tricky especially if arriving late. Overall, solid place in Rome.

If you are arriving early in the morning this might not be the place for you. I arrived from the airport at 6.15am luckily someone buzzed me in as it was raining, I then sat on the office step until 8am when the office opened. On the big plus side as my room was empty they let me check in then with out any extra charges. Big Thumbs Up for that.

Location does matter
It's a walking distance to all the places you want to see in the Vatican City and nearby. It's close to the Metro if you want to travel to the City Centre. Reasonably quiet and safe area. Friendly & helpful staff. They can arrange your airport transfers and tours if you ask in advance. Clean towels every day!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Vatikan und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro Station (obwohl theoretisch alles zu Fuß in der City zu erreichen ist, ist es manchmal schöner seinem Ziel mit der Metro näher kommen zu können) Es gibt diverse Essensmöglichkeiten und Minimarkets in direkter Nähe. Es war sehr sauber und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Einzig negativer Aspekt war die Hellhörigkeit der Räume, was sich jedoch nur auf den Flur (für 3 Zimmer) und die Leitungsgeräusche des Nachbarbads bezieht.

Hervorragende Lage
Sehr nettes Team! Schneller Check in! Das Zimmer bietet alles was man braucht. Der Preis war in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit ist excellent. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Innenstadt ist einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Vatikan ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung auch vorhanden.

Well-located Accomodation
This is a great place to stay if you aren't planning to stay inside the room for a large portion of the day.It's located closeby the metro and of course the Vatican. The elevator within the B&B is fantastic since the location is on the 5th floor of the building.

Appena avuto la conferma della prenotazione (già saldata) il proprietario mi ha mandato una mail per sapere l'ora di arrivo. Appena ho confermato l'arrivo alle ore 21 mi ha mandato una seconda mail informandomi di un rincaro di 30€ per check-in entro le 22.00 e di 50€ entro le 24.00 Purtroppo il giorno dell'arrivo a causa di una mancata coincidenza ferroviaria, ho comunicato che il check-in sarebbe stato posticipato alle ore 23.00 e da lì si è generata una discussione accesa con il rappresentante legale della struttura -tale sig. Michele Bono- che mi ha informato che non poteva garantirmi l'accesso per quell'ora. Tutto si è risolto grazie alla "buona volontà" del receptionist che ha atteso fino all'ora di arrivo (con sovrapprezzo di 50€). Non mi sembra il massimo esempio di cortesia e professionalità.

Il late check-in ha un costo extra ed è ben specificato sul sito di Expedia. Il cliente non ha comunicato l'orario di arrivo in tarda serata se non dopo ripetuti messaggi ed email, il giorno stesso del check-in, affermando prima che sarebbe arrivato alle 21,30, poi alle 21,30 stesse ha corretto alle 23,30. Non si è generata alcuna discussione accesa, semplicemente gli è stato risposto che prima di una conferma definitiva sulla possibilità di poterlo attendere fino a mezzanotte si sarebbe dovuto chiedere al receptionist di turno, che aveva il figlio con la febbre molto alta e avrebbe perso l'ultima corsa della metro, tutto qui. Ci dispiace che la cosa sia stata presa come scortesia, ma noi siamo molto attenti sia ai nostri clienti, sia ai nostri dipendenti.

Posizione favolosa!
Cercavamo un b&b confortevole e al tempo stesso con un'ottima posizione e la scelta devo dire che è stata azzeccata. Soggiorno e personale gradevole, l'unico neo la colazione che si potrebbe migliorare, ma è un dettaglio comunque trascurabile.

AncientRomance에 숙박을 예상했는데, 오버부킹의 문제로 같이 운영하는 Room Inn Rome에 숙박을 하게 되었습니다. Metro Ottaviano가 바로 옆이라 이동도 편리하고 바티칸 여행 일정에 좋은 위치입니다. 숙소의 조식은 각방에 크로아상과 토스트빵, 캡슐커피를 세팅해주고 부엌의 냉장고에 각 객실별 과일등을 준비해 두는 정도로 보통수준입니다. 거리는 조용하고 건물 블럭내에 인도인들이 운영하는 마켓도 있어 밤 10시 까지는 각종 식료품들도 살 수 있습니다. 나쁘지 않은 경험이었습니다.

Considering the budget we had to work within, this hotel provided all of the necessary requirements we needed including private bath, hair dryer, air conditioner, room safe and a lift. The fact that it is 1 block from the Vatican was a real plus. The complimentary breakfast is fresh fruit, packaged cookies, croissants, fresh coffee and assorted teas; this could use some improvement. It is convenient to the Metro rail system. The area has many good restaurants and souvenir shops. Angela was a major provider our needs and the desk staff provided us with directions. The room was small but adequate.

Great location in Rome
Fantastic location so close to St Peter's Square, Metro, Hop on Hop off Buses and plenty of restaurants. Mix up with the number of rooms booked still to sort out with Hotels.com and be aware of the 2 Euro per person per night government tax on top of your room price - this tourist tax is charged for every night that you stay in Rome. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious and it is a quirky B&B where you are completely independent. We enjoyed our stay.

Al llegar, y sin previo aviso, la persona que nos recogió en el aeropuerto nos llevó a una direccion distinta de la que nosotros teniamos del hotel con la consiguiente sorpresa desagradable, ya que eran las onze pasadas de la noche y no estábamos nada convencidos de que nos dejara en lugar correcto, al no haber ningún distintivo que nos orientara. Al final resultó que el hotel tiene dos ubicaciones y que nos llevaron a la ¨sucursal¨sin avisarnos.

Bei diesem B & B Hotel handelt es sich um eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - die sauber ist - in Zentrumsnähe. Von hier können gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt besichtigt werden. Die Metrostation ist direkt in der Nähe und ermöglicht auch so eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Termini.

Over Booked
Pleasant stay, nice room and great location. The only problem is that due to the system error from Hotels.com(or Ancient Romance), I could only stay one night instead of two which I originally booked. It would usually be a huge no, but considering other satisfaction, I will still give them 4 points. There is a great sandwich pleace nearby, so do not miss it.
