Apartament via del Monte della Farina

New and welcoming apartment, right in the center and well connected by bus, metro and tram. Suitable for couples and families, comfortable and with every comfort. A few steps from Piazza Venezia, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Via del Corso, Largo Argentina. Surrounded by numerous shops and services of all kinds.
Elegant 50m2 apartment, located in an ancient building from the 1600s, with historical finds highlighted on the stairs and in the common internal corridors, on the third floor. It consists of a double bedroom and a separate area with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen with a table and chairs for dining, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony with a washing machine and drying rack.
It is equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, HD smart TV, heating and washing machine.

Located in the historic center, the apartment is just a few steps from Piazza Venezia and the Vittoriano, the ancient Sacra area and the Crypt Balbi.
A few minutes walk you can easily reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and the Roman Forum.
The distance from the Colosseum is 1km and 400 meters, a quiet and panoramic 20-minute walk.
the Vatican City is about 20 minutes away by bus.
The characteristic Trastevere district is a 10-minute walk away, crossing the blond Tiber River.

Near the house, a few meters away, tram 8 passes, which easily takes you to the Trastevere station in 20 minutes, passing through the characteristic Trastevere district.
400 meters away, in Piazza Santa Maria in Ara Coeli, there are the bus terminals. Buses: H, 80 and 85 arrive at the central Termini station, an important railway hub and connected to both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino).
With bus 64 you can reach the Vatican City in 20 minutes.
The closest metro stops are:
Metro A Barberini stop, reachable in 25 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes with buses 80 and 83
Metro B Colosseo stop, reachable in 20 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes with bus 87.

Great communication with people associated with property, everything is walking distance with great dining areas nearby. Lovely neighbourhood. Can hear noise next door esp if the neighbours are loud but spacious apartment with all amenities. Communication was great and they provided me with things I needed like bin bags, oil and travel cot. Thank you for a great stay.
