Very good place to stay in Rome. The apartment located on the 3rd floor of the old building with elevator and is in walking distance from Vatican. The only thing what is a little complicated for some people is the Virtual keys, what you have to use just one time - when you arrive. My suggestion- pay attention to your e-mails and to WhatsApp or Viber messages - you gonna get a link for virtual keys there, read the instruction in the email and you will have no difficulties to get in (we did not have them). Also, the owners can be contacted via messenger, email or phone if you have any questions or issues. There is small refrigerator and teapot in the room and coffeemaker in the common area. Decent breakfast, served in your room - you have to make selections the night before and will get it at the exact time you’ve ordered it. Very convenient mattress and pillows soft or firm- depending on your preferences. There is AC with the remote control in the room and excellent WiFi connection. There are plenty of the restaurants and little stores around the area (some of them closed on Mondays though).

From start to finish our stay at the Best Vatican was great. The virtual keys we were sent were a brilliant idea and Elena responded quickly to our email about what to do on our arrival. She was a very pleasant helpful lady who made a lovely breakfast trolley up for us every morning and brought it to our room at our requested time. Our room was perfect and very comfortable and the building the apartment was in was quiet and felt very safe. If we were to return to Rome one day we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great find near Vatican!
This boutique hotel was wonderfull. Great location near the Vatican and good restaurants close by. We loved the room service in the morning. We also booked our car to the airport through the hotel and that service was awesome especially because the we were having a hard time getting taxis anywhere because the city was very crowded during our visit.

We chose this B&B because of it's location to the Vatican, which was a 10 minute walk to our tour starting point, and its ratings, but we didn't know anything about it. Communication regarding checking in was great, and the staff person was amazing. Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and delivered on a trolley to your room, not served in a common area as I expected. The B&B itself is on the third floor of an older European building which houses other apartments and offices. There is a small elevator to help travellers with their suitcases. The rooms are clean and have been modernized. Because of the building's age, there was a somewhat higher than expected noise level. The area quietened down after 11, though. The only drawback in our particular suite, though, was the strong smell of mould in the bathroom, which had obviously being cleaned. The fan didn't seem to work either. This odor seemed specific to our room since there the bathroom in the common area was fine. It's a problem that management should definitely attend to. Still, for a short stay that's very near the Vatican and metro stations, this place was ideal. There is great shopping nearby, as well as lots of local places to eat.

Perfect place to stay in the perfect location
A wonderful experience and place to stay. Elena promptly communicated with us and Nicoletta was so wonderfully hospitable. There was nothing negative and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed staying @ the Best Vatican B&B, it is within walking distance to the Musei Vatican. Our room was clean, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, however our host brought us a lovely tray of fresh fruit, muffins and water. The subway was within walking distance and there were many taxis available. Also the neighborhood has many great restaurants, so go and explore.

I will recommend this hotel
I really enjoyed my stay. Short distance to the public transport. You can also walk to the different attractions in Rome. Good restaurants close by to the hotel. The hotel staff was really nice, and the service was good. I will definitely recommend the hotel to other guests. The hotel has a high standard, you get a lot for the money.

Allotjament molt íntim. Només 4 habitacions situades en un pis molt a prop del Vaticà i també de la parada del bus a l,aeroport. Et porten un esmorzar molt complert a l,habitació, i el fet de tenir nevera i taula en aquesta, fa que puguis sopar fins i tot a la mateixa si estàs cansat/da de tot el dia. Molt recomanable.

Staff was really friendly, air bnb was close to Vatican City and plenty of restaurants around it. Rooms were spotless and we got breakfast to our room every morning for no extra charge and it was delicious

Sehr gute Lage nahe der U-Bahn und dem Vatikan. Gut ausgestattes Zimmer mit Netflix. Ein kleines Frühstück gibt es gegen Gutschein direkt gegenüber beim Bäcker. Internet auf dem Zimmer etwas langsam, Zimmer wie üblich im Süden eher hellhörig, ist aber noch in Ordnung gewesen.

Das tolle war das die Unterkunft sehr zentral war, dass Frühstück aber war ein Witz (Einen Kaffee und ein Croissant pro Person). Im Bad als auch im Zimmer liefen überall Armeisen rum. Das Bett war sehr laut, bei jeder Bewegung hat es Geräusche von sich gegeben und die Wände waren sehr hellhörig, so dass man genau hören konnte was die anderen Gäste treiben.

Property was within 10 minutes walking distance to Vatican City and the Basilica. The breakfast was in a small cafe, Caffeteria Ruberto across the street and the pastries were delicious.

I loved the convenience pkg the walking distance to Vatican City as well as the metro. The Metro system is the smallest in Europe but much of that is due to the antiquity of the city itself and excavations. Having the Metro close by gave us access to all of Rome. The staff was wonderful. Any requests I had I would send by email and within 24 hours i would have a response. And Nicolette was always available and helpful with any questions or assistance.I would definitely stay here again

Lage ist sehr gut, U-Bahn und Vatikan sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung tolle Lokale, die von Einheimischen besucht werden. Ruhige Umgebung. Das Badezimmer war doch sehr klein, ansonsten die Unterkunft ganz ok. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Voucher, den man im gegenüber liegenden Café einlösen kann. Es gibt Kaffee oder Tee und ein Croissant bzw ein Stück anderes süßes Gebäck.

Las instalaciones y el servicio junto con la atención de la señorita encargada de todo fueron excelentes. La ubicación y la comunicación son extraordinarias. Llegamos muy temprano y pudimos hacer uso de la habitación en el momento. Agradecemos el tener fruta todos los días así como la amabilidad del café. The room was lovely, had everything we needed - clean towels every day, toiletries, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Furnishings and bed were all good quality.

Chambre très agréable. Sdb un peu vétuste et l'isolation mériterait d'être revue, petit déjeuner un peu léger, nous avons malgré tout passé un agréable séjour.
