Not very modern, felt unkempt - found a few bugs in the bathroom - musty smell - front office was not all that friendly - just taking care of another tourist - however - great breakfast buffet - but the room was warm where you eat

The staff did not show professionalism. One evening we were locked out of the hotel with no accès and a note in the window wrote out on a arrant. What kind of hotel locks their guests outside??

Spacious and clean room!
Spacious and clean room! Location is a one minute block from Trevi Fountain which is great for getting there before the large crowd. Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows to adjust your body after a long day of walking. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel close to Trevi Fountain
Hotel is close to all the major attractions, especially a two minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Staff are helpful and room is clean. Air conditioning in the hotel is good. Breakfast is continental, but needs more selection of food. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy, however in my room the sinks & fixtures were rusted/falling apart. I understand it’s Italy & bathrooms are not always modern but …the Tap for the bidet beside the toilet kept falling off, the sink when I pressed plug down to gather water ..then wouldn’t open again. Staff was ok, but was turned off after checking out when I told them “I put my gelato in the fridge freezer lastnight to save it. It melted everywhere. I was late checking out because I WAS CLEANING THAT UP for you”. The concierge was like “oh? So you left fridge dirty then. That is not a freezer it’s not meant to get very cold”……..So the fridge is not meant to be very cold or has a working freezer for customers who think they can put their goods in there to stay frozen??? Mabye say that somewhere. Don’t blaim them for something not staying cold lol I EVEN wiped it up for you, you’re welcome. Bathroom smelled moldy, & I’ve stayed in many old buildings! I also had a family emergency to go back to Canada. He was like “oh so you are checking out early?” In a snooty way.YES I AM. MY DAD HAD A HEART ISSUE ….making me seem like I’m not bougie enough to stay here lol overall the amount paid to stay here for the snooty attitude, broken/not up to date fixtures . Like at least if you’re gonna be snooty have working fixtures that don’t fall off when you turn them (bidet handle, toilet not flushing well).Mabye have an actual freezer instead of blaim the customer their stuff melted and made mess for you 😆

Good morning,I wonder and can't believe that such review has been written from you..You stopped more than one time in the reception to talk with me, and you was so nice to tell me your italian origins, and you talked about your father and your work in Toronto, I offered you a caffe in the reception and you did not mention any problems in the room.Moreover, you decided to check out 1 night earlier because the hotel was too expensive for you and you went to cheaper hotel, and we did not charge you nothing for the last night.I'm so sorry that you misunderstood my intention saying that the minibar in the room is not a freezer, and I did not pretend that you cleaned the minibar of melted ice cream before leaving the room.However, thank you for such view, it learned me to be more professional with the clients and apply our rules regardless to your personal situation as the clients will write a bad comment anyway.Regards

The location is great, close to almost everything. The room was small, but I knew that going in. The hotel was clean, staff was great, and I was close to everything. I have seen complaints about the air conditioning not working, all you need to do is ask the front desk, they can turn it on / off on a room by room basis.

The property was ok, nice walk ability but issues were the-checking in, took an hr and 30 minutes to get in our room after our check in time. The first person at the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. The breakfast option in the dungeon in the morning was disgusting. The only perk to staying here would be walking distance to seeing Rome.

perfect location, requires some improvements
Perfect location, nice environment. Wi-fi didn't work at all. When we went to reception, we were told that it was probably weak in some rooms, but should improve. Despite several attempts it still didn't work. When we got the room, it was partially clean, but the other days they cleaned it good and brought the towels and toiletries. Breakfast was poor but sufficient. The dining room is clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was literally steps away from the Trevi Fountajn. It had stores and restaurants nearby on the same small street. It was a busy area but well worth the closeness to the iconic Trevi Fountain

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was worse, like someone use it and they didn’t clean it. The sheets were broken. It was the worst hotel and I didn’t stay because of that and had to look for a place to stay at midnight

Excelente ubicación media cuadra de la fontana. Las habitaciones no tienen buenas comodidades muy pequeñas si vas varios días placares sin estantes ni cajones. La Internet va y viene. Destacable que dando a la calle y siendo tan transitado no se escucha nada, que para dormir no es poco. Sugerencia podrían lograr más espacio con otros muebles. Todo lo demás muy bueno y reitero la ubicación inmejorable!!!.

The location was excellent but the hotel desperately needs upgrading. The bathroom was the worst as it was in rough shape. It is a very basic hotel and probably wouldn’t have stayed there if our original accommodation hadn’t canceled our room the day before arriving in Rome. Can’t say enough though about the location. You can walk to everything you want to see in Rome.

This is obviously not a 4 stars, from mold, stains and holes in sheats just to nake a few, this place was overwall dirty, the staff unprofessional amd inpatient. This was the first time I left a hotel to go stay at an other.

The Trevi is an excellent stay for the tourist in Rome as it is in the very centrum of town. Everything (except maybe Vatican) is within walking distance. There are great restaurants right outside the door if you are tired after a day of sightseeing. Our only complaint is that the beds are not very comfortable and takes a bit of patience to appreciate.

Hotel offers a free breakfast and clean rooms in an old building right by the trevi fountain. It’s a beautiful location and the upkeep on the building is great for how old I assume it is based on fixtures etc I saw in the building. The staff was friendly and helpful to me when I had any questions. Not going to be some resort so if that’s what you’re looking for I suggest you look elsewhere :)
