There was a lack of communication upon check-in and check out. You don’t actually interact with a real person. It’s all on WhatsApp, which is fine if you’re clearly communicating the process, but it wasn’t well communicated. Also, there wasn’t even a clean blanket for the bed there was only a sheet and a dirty blanket in the closet with hair and stains on it. Great location on the river and for Vatican City which is why we booked but would never go back.

Excellent location. Very nice part of the city. Clean room with a comfortable bed. We never met the staff in person but they were very helpful. Super neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to historic venues. If you are ok with self check in and don't have a car, I would highly recommend. We would stay here again. An excellent value.

Nice location in the centre of Rome. The room was definitely smaller than advertised and all but one of the coffee machines were broken in the kitchen. Cleaning staff was friendly no other staff present at location.

Lovely hotel , great location the only feedback is to provide check in details throughly . Only communication was via what’s app however did now this till we were in our room. There was no name on key at reception desk. Other than that the room was awesome and location was great to all sites

Not a hotel, no service--only a room
The name is a misnomer. It is not a hotel and it is not luxury. The is no service, stains on bedding, worn towels, scuff marks all over the walls. Bedding not changed for 4 days so I do not know how they can say luxury. It is a room. Other minor issues. The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Location, Location, Location
Great Location. Near shops, cafes, banks and many of the historical sites. A sort of B&B that is run very well. If you are arriving late they make it easy to access by messaging on WhatsApp how to enter the building. There is a lift. Housekeeper was the best.

Loved the hotel and it’s location but not having a physical person on the property caused some difficulty. The main door was not left unlocked as stated it would be. We had to wait until another guest was going in. And the safe in our room was locked and I asked someone to come open it and that never happened.

Gute Unterkunft - falls man Zugang bekommt
Unterkunft niemals zu empfehlen, haben zwei Mal über 2 Stunden vor verschlossenen Türen gewartet, da der Inhaber nicht erreichbar war und es keine funktionierende Chipkarte gab - habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Auch von hotels.com traurig dass solche Unterkünfte überhaupt auf dieser Seite sein dürfen. Werde nie wieder kommen auch aufgrund der Unfreundlichkeit und fehlendem Interesse an den Gästen. Nachdem wir 4h vor geschlossenen Türen am ersten Tag gewartet haben, haben wir uns entschlossen das Hotel selbstständig zu verlassen, da dies vor allem bei einem kurzen Urlaub alles zerstört.

Human contact is missing in this hotel
After checking in informed via text the contact person that due to unforseen circumstances from Delta Airline we needed to cut our stay one day short. From then on everything went wrong. At some point I had to ask the owner his intervention as it appeared it was impossible to make myself understood. We finally came to an understanding. I think the problem is that all contacts are via text. No human contact. Texts can be easily miscontrued specially if one has no command of written english and does not understand who the client is.

Room was spacious, clean, nice view and the climate control was fine too. It was a quiet environment however i didnt meet any of the facility staff, only once accidentally the cleaning lady. My only communication means was the WhatsApp messaging.
